HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

1on1LuxLabel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is damaged during transport, please notify us with a photo and description of the damage within 24 hours via Shop@1on1Luxlabel.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1on1Lux Label is committed to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. We offer the following Return Policy on unworn, unaltered, and free of damage clothing and shoes in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Full-price clothing items received within ten days of customer receipt will receive a full refund to their original payment method, less shipping costs.

  • The sale or discounted clothing received within ten days of customer receipt can be returned for store credit, less shipping costs.

  • Due to the deep discounts in our Final Sale section, 1on1Lux Label will not be able to offer any returns or exchanges on these items.  Jewelry, accessories, and handbags cannot be returned at this time.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping arrangements and costs.

  • 1on1Lux Label receives the returned clothing; allow 7-10 days for refund processing. We recommend recording your return tracking number until you receive your refund.

  • Submit a return request in your order history before you mail the return. Mail returns with purchase invoice to:
